At Read2Live Books, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

• Returned books must be in their original condition (unused, unmarked, and undamaged).

• A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted books are not eligible for return.

• Books that are used, damaged, or marked are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for books of equal value, based on stock availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose an alternative or request a refund (if eligible).

💵 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).
